How do I check the status of my order?
In order to check the status of an order, please call Leokadia
at (617)247-7463 and we will be happy to check the status
of your order.
How is sales tax determined?
For all orders shipped within Massachusetts there will be
a 5% sales tax added to the price of the merchandise. For
orders being shipped to addresses outside of Massachusetts,
there is no additional sales tax added to the price of merchandise.
How do I calculate the shipping & handling for
my order?
All items are shipped using standard delivery through UPS.
There is a flat fee of $10.00 for all orders plus an additional
$1.00/lb charge. For example, if your item has a weight of
2 lbs. you will be charged $12.00 for shipping. Orders will
usually arrive within 7-10 business days (for in-stock items
only).
How do I make an exchange?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can send unworn
items back for an exchange or a store merchandise credit.
Simply fill out the return/exchange form enclosed in your
original package, as well as the postage-paid return label.
You can also make returns in-store at Leokadia.
What forms of payment are accepted online?
Leokadia excepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
What is your return policy?
All returns of unworn merchandise are for store credit only.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days from the date in
which the customer received the order. To complete a return
or exchange simply fill out the return/exchange form enclosed
in your original package, as well as the postage-paid return
label. All sale items are final sales.
I am in the Boston area, is it possible
to order an item online and pick it up in the store rather
than pay for shipping?
Yes, it is certainly possible to order an item online
and pick it up in store. At the time of your online purchase
simply check the box for Pick Up at Leokadia Store. Once we
have received your order we would be more than happy to have
your order ready for you to pick up in the store.
